Hunting is a game of stealth. Stealth from site, stealth from scent, stealth from sound. Today’s hunting clothing and gear takes all of that in mind. With silent zippers, silent materials when they rub, silent pockets, some even have scent blocking built right in. It’s important to spend a little more money to get a better quality well made product that will be more durable and last for a long time. I think of it like any other investment in hunting. If you are putting in so much time and money to have the perfect hunt, your hunting clothes should fit the bill as well. The men’s hunting clothing and gear in each of the categories below are a sampling of what is available when you click the “Shop Now” buttons to browse the full selection for each category. There are items available from all the top manufacturers, including RedHead, Sitka, Under Armour, Nomad, Scent-Lok, Volt, Blocker Outdoors, Cabela’s, Browning, and more. There are regular camo items, hunter blaze orange, and even battery powered heated items from Volt. Not only is it important to wear clothes to make you invisible to the game, it’s also important to be comfortable. I always wear layers, as the day typically starts out freezing in the zero dark thirty in the morning as you start to trek out into the woods, as you continue your hike you will warm up, and want to get comfortable and pull a layer or two off. As the sun starts to rise the temperature will drop again and you can put a layer or two back on. As the sun blisters down around 11am, you will want to pull a layer or two off. Wearing layers of clothing allows you the ability to get comfortable no matter what you are doing, and no matter what the weather does. My top choice in camo for the area that I hunt in is the Mossy Oak Break-Up Country. There are a lot of clothing and gear options as this is one of the top selling camo patterns from Mossy Oak. The first group of products below targets the Mossy Oak Break-Up Camo Pattern, and the rest of the products further down the page contain other patterns, as well as hunter blaze orange in one of the groups. So you are sure to find exactly what you want for the type of area that you hunt in and the type of hunting that you do.
