1 Cup Luke Warm Water1 Tablespoon Honey1 Tablespoon Sugar1 1/2 Teaspoons Salt3 Tablespoons Olive Oil3 Cups of Flour2 1/4 Teaspoons of Active Dry Yeast1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder1 Teaspoon Rosemary1 Teaspoon Basil1 Teaspoon Oregano1 Teaspoon Marjoram
•Add ingredients into the bread machine.•Select the dough program.•Scrape the ingredients that stick to the sides of the bread pan back into the dough about 15 minutes in.•Once cycle is complete, remove the dough.•Rub some oil into a ziplock bag or container that’s large enough for the dough, or multiple bags if needed.•Place dough in bag or container, and refrigerate for up to three days until ready to use.
Breakfast Pizza Recipe
Pizza Dough3 Tablespoons of Butter10 Large Eggs8 Ounces of breakfast sausage (cooked and drained)1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese1/2 Cup of Milk1/2 Cup of Diced Bell Peppers1/2 Cup of Diced Onions1/4 Teaspoon of Salt1/2 Teaspoon of Coarse Ground Black Pepper1/4 Cup of Parmesan Cheese
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Take a large bowl and lightly rub oil on the inside. Dust your hands with some flour, and form your pizza dough into a large ball. Place the pizza dough ball into the bowl and cover. Let it rise for about a half hour at room temperature until it doubles in size. Spread some flour on your rolling surface and take the dough out of the bowl and place it on your rolling surface. Sprinkle flour on top of the dough ball, and start rolling to the desired size for your round deep dish pizza pan that you will cook the breakfast pizza on. Lightly grease your pizza pan and place the dough in the pan. Roll the edges down to make a nice deep pan crust. Drizzle the melted butter on the pizza dough to lightly cover the dough. Mix the eggs, salt, pepper, and milk in a bowl to scramble them up good. Pour mixture into the pizza. Sprinkle the sausage, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, and bell peppers, and onions evenly throughout the top of the pizza. Cook pizza for about 15 to 20 minutes, or longer, until it is cooked completely through.
