If you are a smaller frame person of average weight, this will be ok for you, if nobody else uses your chair. But, in my experience, a chair around a campfire is fair game. So, when I look for a camping chair, I think it’s important to find one that is rated for higher than the biggest person that may use that chair on your camping trips. In my family, that just so happens to be me, so it’s easy. The heavier the weight rating, the stronger the chair will be, and the less chance for it to be damaged during normal use.
