Honey Roasted Smoked Red Potatoes Recipe
3 Pound Red New Potatoes, Quartered
¾ Cup Diced Onions
8 Tablespoons Melted Butter
3 Tablespoon Honey
3 Teaspoon Dry Mustard
1 ½ Teaspoons Sea Salt
1 Teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
2 Teaspoons Coarse Ground Black Pepper
2 Teaspoons Dried Parsley
Preheat your pellet grill to 375 degrees.
Lightly grease a large baking pan, and spread potatoes in a single layer in the baking pan.
Spread onions on top of the potatoes.
Stir together melted butter, honey, dry mustard, sea salt, red pepper flakes, black pepper, and dried
parsley in a bowl.
Drizzle mixture over potatoes and toss to coat.
Roast on your pellet grill, stirring halfway through, until tender which may take about 35 minutes.
Honey Ginger Garlicky Green Beans Recipe
2 Pounds Fresh Green Beans, Trimmed
4 Tablespoon Olive Oil
¼ Cup Diced Onions
1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
½ Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
1 Tablespoon Minced Ginger
2 Tablespoons Minced Garlic
2 Tablespoons Sesame Oil
2 Tablespoons Honey
2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
½ Cup Sliced Almonds
Preheat pellet grill to 400 degrees F.
Cut ends off of green beans, and cut in half.
Place green beans into baking dish.
Mix ingredients in a large bowl.
Use your hands to toss the green beans until evenly coated and spread out evenly.
Roast beans on the pellet grill until slightly shriveled with golden caramelized spots, which will take
about 20 to 25 minutes.
Black Beans Side Dish Recipe
1 16 Ounce Can Black Beans
1 Chopped Small Onion
1 Tablespoon of Garlic
1 Tablespoon of Cilantro
¼ Teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper
¼ Teaspoon of Salt
¼ Cup Cotija Cheese
Simmer over medium heat for five minutes, and sprinkle cheese on each bowl.
Jiffy Sweet Corn Cake Side Dish Recipe
3 Boxes of Jiffy Cornbread Mix
1 Stick of Softened Butter
4 Cans of Sweet Cream Corn
2/3 Cup of Sugar
4 Tablespoons of Sour Cream
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, beat the butter until creamy, then add remaining ingredients and stir.
Pour into an lightly greased baking pan, and cover with foil.
Place on the middle rack of oven and bake for 50 to 60 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes, then use an ice cream scoop for serving.
Sweet and Spicy BBQ Sauce Recipe
1 32 oz. Bottle of Ketchup
1 Tablespoon of Granulated Onion
1 Tablespoon of Minced Garlic
2 Tablespoons of Diced Pickled Jalapenos
2 Tablespoons Juice From Jalapeno Jar
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 Cup of Firmly Packed Brown Sugar
1 Cup of Apple Cider Vinegar
½ Cup of Pineapple Juice
½ Cup of Honey
1 Tablespoon of Worcestershire Sauce
1 Teaspoon of Sea Salt
1 Teaspoon Coarse Ground Black Pepper
1 Teaspoon Celery Seed
½ Teaspoon Dried Crushed Red Pepper
Stir ingredients together, pour into sauce pan, and place on medium heat on the stove.
Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
Reduce heat to low, stirring occasionally, for about 20 minutes.
Can refrigerate in an airtight container for a few weeks.

Baked potatoes are the perfect side dish for almost any meal.

6 to 12 Whole Potatoes
1 Tablespoon of Coarse Salt
1 Tablespoon of Coarse Black Pepper
1 Tablespoon of Granulated Garlic
1 Tablespoon of Parsley
¼ Cup of Olive Oil
Mix the salt, black pepper, garlic, and parsley together in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, add the olive oil.
Roll the potatoes in the olive oil to fully coat each potato.
Then roll each potato in the seasoning mix to fully coat.
Preheat the grill to 265 degrees Fahrenheit.
Place potatoes on smoker, and cook for about three hours, or until fork tender.
Add sour cream, shredded cheese, butter, chives or green onions, and bacon to give the baked
potatoes a little extra deliciousness.
